No Pets allowed

Thuúla Havens, its owners or staff won’t be liable (or held responsible) for any injury, loss or damages incurred in or around the property or farm. This includes the mountain trails and waterfall/natural pools.

Facilities used and entering the property is at own risk. You agree to these terms when making a booking.

Children are welcome, but under full supervision of parents/guardians.

Payment agreement:

50% deposit required upon booking, balance settled 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Forfeit 25% of deposit 30 days before arrival

Forfeit 50% of deposit 21 days before arrival

Forfeit 100% of deposit 14 days before arrival.

Forfeit 100% of total 7 days before arrival.
